Which Signature guides exist for Ahmedabad today?
The Ahmedabad guide is the welding-blanket page: heavy DSZVCF ceramic blankets and the medium-duty DSZMDWB2.4 blanket for fabrication shops in Odhav, Vatva and Naroda, and for auto-ancillary hot work at Sanand. Other Signature families are ordered from their product pages. They do not have an Ahmedabad area guide yet.
Heavy welding blanket or medium-duty for a GIDC shop?
Medium-duty DSZMDWB2.4 is the bench blanket: 2.4 mm, non-metallic, 900 °C to 1000 °C. The heavy DSZVCF range is for slag and cutting, with roll models SS metallic reinforced and listed at 1260 °C to 1760 °C. A shop can order both. Put each model on its own line.
Does Sanand buy a different blanket from Odhav?
The estates differ in the work, not in a private catalogue. Sanand-II is a GIDC automobile and ancillary estate. Odhav, Vatva and Naroda are saturated GIDC fabrication estates. Ancillary bays near wiring start with the non-metallic medium-duty blanket. Plate-cutting bays start with a heavy DSZVCF model. The Ahmedabad welding-blanket guide sets out the sizes.
Can one quotation cover several bay sizes?
Yes. List each blanket, model, length, width and quantity. Include the estate and the shop address. We make the pieces at our Ahmedabad factory and confirm dispatch on the quotation.
Do you have a counter or a dealer inside Odhav, Vatva, Naroda or Sanand?
No. Darshan Safety Zone manufactures in Ahmedabad. We do not run a shop, a dealer or a godown in those estates, and sharing the city with the factory does not promise a same-day collection. The address on the order is where we dispatch. Need this urgently? Contact our sales team through the contact form and tell them the estate, the products and when you need them. Is the company ISO certificate a blanket fire rating?
No. ISO 9001:2015 is the manufacturer's certificate. The blankets do not list a fire-hour rating or an IS product standard. Use the working temperature on the model you select.
