For heavy, oversized, or bulk industrial orders, special freight charges may apply - customers will be informed before dispatch.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

Courier partner link via SMS / Email / WhatsApp
You can track your shipment using the provided tracking details.Delivery Attempts & Address Issues:
The courier will usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If the shipment is returned due to:
Incorrect / incomplete address
Customer unavailable
Phone not reachable / refused delivery

If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered, please:
Take clear photos / videos of the parcel & product
Do not discard packaging material
Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
After verification, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Ownership & Risk of Loss:
Once the order is handed over to the courier, risk of transit lies with the logistics carrier.
However, we fully support customers in damage / loss claim assistance.
