At Darshan Safety Zone, we are committed to delivering high-quality fire-safety products with reliability and trust. This Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which orders may be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

1. Order Cancellation

   1.1: Cancellation Before Shipment

   Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

   To cancel, customers must contact our support team and share the Order ID.

   If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be processed.

   1.2: Cancellation After Shipment

   Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

   However, the customer may be eligible for a return under the Returns & Refunds section.

   Note: Bulk / B2B orders and custom-made products cannot be cancelled once production or processing has started.
   

2. Returns & Refunds

   Due to the nature of fire-safety and industrial protection equipment, returns are accepted only in valid and justified cases.

   2.1: Eligible Reasons for Return

   A return request will be accepted only if:

   The product is damaged, defective, or not functioning properly

   The product received is different from the item ordered

   Parts or accessories are missing from the package

   2.2: Conditions for Return Approval

   Return request must be raised within 96 hours (4 days) of delivery

   Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

   Customer must provide photo / video proof before approval

   The product will be inspected after return pickup

   If the product is found to be misused, damaged by improper handling, or not in returnable condition, the request may be rejected.

   2.3: Replacement Policy

   Wherever possible, replacement will be offered first

   If replacement is not available, a refund will be issued

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

   For safety, hygiene, certification, and compliance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

   Fire extinguishers with broken / tampered seal.

   Safety alarms or detectors that are installed or used.

   Opened fire-safety consumables.

   Customized, made-to-order or specially manufactured industrial items.

   Products damaged due to customer handling, storage, or installation.
   

4. Return Shipping & Responsibility

   If the return is due to our error (wrong / damaged / defective product),

   return shipping charges will be borne by us.

   If the return is due to customer reason (wrong order, not required, change of mind),

   return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
   

5. Refund Process

   Refund will be initiated after the returned product is received and inspected

   Refund processing time is 5 - 7 business days

   Refund will be made to the original mode of payment

   (UPI, Card, Net Banking, Bank Transfer, etc.)

   Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is from our side
   

6. International & Export Orders

   Export orders follow separate logistics and documentation regulations

   Returns are allowed only in manufacturing defect or quality failure cases

   Freight, customs duty, and clearance charges are non-refundable
