Signature Heat Insulation Cover · Ahmedabad

Removable covers for Vatva and Changodar process pipes and fittings

Chemical, dye and process-plant crews in Ahmedabad put a removable cover over hot pipes, valves, flanges and equipment shells once a fitting is closed. Signature Heat Insulation Cover, model DSZHIC, is that cover, sold by the square metre. We make it at our Ahmedabad factory. Temperature, fabric, colour, coating, thickness and weight stay unpublished, so the quotation carries the area and the metal temperature. Vatva and Changodar are the jobs.

What the Ahmedabad factory lists for this cover

Specify DSZHIC and the square metres. The category is Insulation Cloths. HSN 70191900 is the glass-fibre goods heading, and the face fabric and any coating stay unnamed. The listing prints no product standard of its own. Darshan Safety Zone holds ISO 9001:2015 for the company quality system.

The narrow run beside a Vatva fitting

DSZHIC covers the wider surface. Signature Insulation Tape DSZSFG0.6 is the 25 mm piece for the narrow run beside it. The tape is silicone-coated fiberglass, gray, 0.6 mm, 25 mm by 20 m, 1 kg a roll, listed at 550 °C to 900 °C, and sold by the kilogram. That band is the tape's. The cover listing stays empty on temperature.

Vatva and Changodar fittings that take the cover

Vatva and Changodar are the fittings this guide is written for. Narol and Odhav use the same model when a dyeing range or a process bay has the same fitting. A place name is the setting. It is not a supply claim for that estate.

Vatva GIDCSaturated GIDC estate in south-east Ahmedabad, listed as Vatwa. How the cover goes on

  • On the fitting

Place DSZHIC on a clean, dry surface. Close the edges the way the site insulation procedure requires so heat does not leak at the joints.

  • Before it is reused

Look for tears, burn marks, worn edges or oil. Oil on a cover can smoke when the line heats. A damaged cover leaves service.

  • In the estate store

Keep covers dry, away from oils and sharp edges, whether the store is at Vatva or at Changodar.

Made at the Ahmedabad factory, sent to the estate

Darshan Safety Zone manufactures Signature Heat Insulation Cover at our Ahmedabad factory (401 & 402, Golden Plaza, Amar Jawan Circle, Nikol -, Ahmedabad, India). Vatva, Changodar, Narol and Odhav have no Darshan Safety Zone counter, dealer or shelf. The quotation confirms dispatch.

Our shipping and delivery policy states India courier ranges only as estimates: about 1 to 2 business days to handle the order, then about 1 to 3 days for a local Ahmedabad address, 2 to 5 days within Gujarat, and 3 to 7 days for the rest of India. Vatva and Changodar sit in that local band only as an estimate. The quotation is what confirms dispatch.

Questions from Vatva and Changodar maintenance

Which cover do Vatva maintenance teams name for a process valve?

Signature Heat Insulation Cover, model DSZHIC. It is the removable cover for hot pipes, valves, flanges and equipment shells. One model is listed, in Insulation Cloths, and it is sold by the square metre. We make it at our Ahmedabad factory.

How do we turn a Changodar fitting into square metres?

Measure the surface the cover has to sit on and send that area. The product has no length field and no width field. A drawing of the flange does not create a custom jacket on this model.

The listing has no temperature. What do we send from the plant?

The metal temperature at the pipe, valve, flange or shell. DSZHIC publishes no °C figure. The 550 °C to 900 °C band is on Signature Insulation Tape DSZSFG0.6. The temperature-ratings guide is for a band a product actually prints.

Where does the tape sit on a Vatva steam line?

On the narrow run beside the cover: a short pipe at a joint, a small-bore tapping, or the edge where the cover meets the lagging. DSZSFG0.6 is silicone-coated fiberglass, gray, 0.6 mm, 25 mm wide by 20 m, 1 kg a roll, sold by the kilogram.

Can the factory cut DSZHIC to a valve outline?

This model is not customizable. Colour, coating, thickness, weight, Velcro, zippers and a layer count are unpublished. Secure the cover the way the site insulation procedure requires.

What fabric is the cover made from?

The face fabric is unnamed. HSN 70191900 is the glass-fibre goods heading, and it does not name a fabric or a coating. We will not fill those blanks on the quotation.

How do we fit a cover and when do we retire it?

Fit it on a clean, dry surface and close the edges so heat does not leak at the joints. Before the next shutdown, look for tears, burn marks, worn edges or oil. Oil on a cover can smoke when the line heats. Store it dry, away from oils and sharp edges, and retire a damaged cover.

Does making it in Ahmedabad mean a counter at Vatva or Changodar?

The factory is in Ahmedabad. Vatva GIDC and Changodar have no Darshan Safety Zone counter, dealer or shelf. The quotation confirms dispatch, including to an address in the city. Courier day ranges on the shipping policy are estimates.

Do Narol dyeing ranges and Odhav process bays use the same model?

Yes. DSZHIC is the only cover. Vatva and Changodar are the jobs this page is built around. Narol–Shahwadi–Isanpur–Piplaj and Odhav use the same model when a steam fitting or an equipment shell needs a cover by the square metre.

What does procurement send for the quotation?

Model DSZHIC, the square metres, whether the cover sits on a pipe, valve, flange or equipment shell, the metal temperature, and the estate address. Add kilograms of DSZSFG0.6 for narrow runs. Use the contact form while the area is still being measured.
