Who makes Signature products
Signature is the product brand of Darshan Safety Zone. The factory is in Ahmedabad. Indonesia orders are made there and shipped on the quotation.
One factory, in Ahmedabad
Signature products are made at our 58,500 sq. ft. factory in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with procurement, production, quality testing and packing under one roof.
ISO 9001:2015 quality system
Our quality system is ISO 9001:2015 certified. That certificate is for the company quality system. It is not a product approval for a named plant.
In business since 2012
Darshan Safety Zone started in 2012, opened its first manufacturing facility in 2017, and began exports in 2018.
Quoted, then shipped
Export orders are placed on a quotation. We manufacture to that order in Ahmedabad and ship it. We do not keep a shelf in the destination country.
How Indonesia orders are shipped
Indonesia orders leave our Ahmedabad factory after the quotation is accepted. There is no Darshan Safety Zone warehouse, branch or shelf in Indonesia. Freight and customs set the transit. Duties and import taxes are yours.

Which cloth does the Cilegon guide start with?
DSZCF3.0 for a standard metallic wrap: 3.0 mm, 1000 GSM, SS metallic reinforced, white, listed at 1260 °C to 1760 °C. DSZCF3.0P is the same thickness at 1500 GSM. DSZCF3.0NM is the non-metallic cloth at 3.0 mm and 1000 GSM.
When is the thin cloth the wrong pick?
DSZCF1.5 and DSZCF2.0 are listed at 1000 °C to 1760 °C. From 3.0 mm upward the listed band starts at 1260 °C. If the duty sits in the 1000 °C to 1260 °C zone, specify 3.0 mm or above. Do not assume the thin cloth covers that zone.
Do you claim a named company in Indonesia as a customer?
No. The Cilegon, Batam and Balikpapan guides describe the work common in those places. They do not say that a named company or plant buys Darshan Safety Zone products.
Are hazardous-area, marine-class or MIGAS approvals listed?
