Cilegon has three different cloths at 3.0 mm
Ciwandan is metallic DSZCF3.0 at 1000 GSM. Citangkil keeps that thickness and moves to 1500 GSM. Cibeber keeps the 1000 GSM and drops the steel from the weave. Districts that need a lighter wrap or a heavier barrier leave 3.0 mm entirely. The cloth is white and uncoated, sold by the square metre. Ahmedabad weaves it. Dispatch follows the quotation. Duties stay with the buyer.

Graphite-coated ceramic fabric is the sealed black face. Batam is silicone cloth for a curtain, and the same 0.6 mm can be both-side or single-side. Balikpapan is one cover with no printed temperature. Districts describe the wrap. They are not a claim that Krakatau Steel, Chandra Asri, Pertamina, Semen Indonesia, or any other company buys the cloth.

What does a Cilegon heat wrap start from?
White DSZCF ceramic fiber fabric, by the square metre. Ciwandan starts at metallic DSZCF3.0: 3.0 mm, 1000 GSM, 1260 °C to 1760 °C. The district then changes the build. This page does not lock every GSM.
Citangkil is also 3.0 mm. What changed?
The mass. DSZCF3.0P is 1500 GSM at the same 3.0 mm and the same 1260 °C to 1760 °C band. It is the cloth where a standard wrap has worn through. It is not a thicker cloth.
When is the 3.0 mm cloth non-metallic?
Cibeber, when the wrap cannot carry steel in the weave. That is DSZCF3.0NM: same 3.0 mm and same 1000 GSM as DSZCF3.0, without the stainless reinforcement. Ciwandan, Citangkil and Cibeber are three different 3.0 mm lines.
Which districts leave 3.0 mm?
Jombang starts at DSZCF1.5 for a light wrap on smaller equipment. Purwakarta starts at DSZCF2.0 where clearance is tight, and a duty in the 1000 °C to 1260 °C zone steps up to DSZCF3.0. Pulomerak starts at DSZCF4.0. Grogol starts at DSZCF6.0, 6.0 mm and 3500 GSM. The 1000 °C start belongs to 1.5 mm and 2.0 mm. From 3.0 mm the band starts at 1260 °C.
Is a sealed black face this white cloth?
No. This order is uncoated white cloth. A sealed black face is the graphite-coated ceramic fabric. Open that guide only when the face has to be black.
Batam and Balikpapan are also sold by the square metre. Are they this fabric?
No. Batam is silicone fiberglass cloth for a welding curtain or a heat shield, and its band tops out at 900 °C. Balikpapan is one heat-insulation cover, DSZHIC, and that listing prints no temperature. Cilegon is ceramic fiber fabric.
Where is the fabric made?
At the Ahmedabad factory. Cilegon has no Darshan Safety Zone shelf. Square metres ship after the quotation names the code. Duties and import taxes are the buyer’s. No arrival day is stated.
Do you name a Cilegon mill or plant as a customer?
No. The districts describe the wrap. The page does not say that Krakatau Steel, Chandra Asri, Pertamina, Semen Indonesia, or any other company buys the cloth, and it does not claim a hazardous-area, marine-class or MIGAS approval.
