Mesaieed keeps one temperature band and changes the layers
DSZALC.2L through DSZALC.5L are closed aluminium coats for radiant heat on the body. Every one is free size and listed at 700 °C to 900 °C. What changes is the layer count and the weight, from about 5 kg to about 8 kg. Hands are a different order. Ahmedabad makes the coat. Dispatch is after the quotation. Duties stay with the buyer.
The body coat only
This card is DSZALC. Gloves, an apron and a proximity suit stay off the strip until the job needs them as their own lines.
Same band. Heavier as the stand gets longer.
DSZALC.2L
About 5 kg
Short task. The wearer still has to move.
DSZALC.3L
About 6 kg
The step up when a two-layer coat is light.
DSZALC.4L
About 7 kg
A longer stand, short of the five-layer weight.
DSZALC.5L
About 8 kg
A long stand on a furnace, ladle or pour floor.
Aluminium Coat
Closed DSZALC aluminium coat for radiant-heat body protection on Mesaieed metals sites.

Body, then anything else
The coat stops at the body. Aluminized gloves, an aluminized apron (its pack lists 600 °C to 800 °C), and a fire proximity suit are separate. Ras Laffan is a welding blanket. Al Wakrah is shop silicone cloth. Metals plots describe the stand. They are not a claim that QatarEnergy, Qatargas, Qatalum, or any other company buys the coat.
Frequently asked questions
What changes between Mesaieed coat models?
The layer count and the weight. DSZALC.2L is about 5 kg, DSZALC.3L about 6 kg, DSZALC.4L about 7 kg, and DSZALC.5L about 8 kg. Every coat is free size, silver, aluminium coated, and listed at 700 °C to 900 °C. The band does not step up with the layers.
Which layer is a long stand, and which is a short task?
A long stand in radiant heat on a furnace, ladle or pour floor starts at DSZALC.5L. A shorter task where the wearer still has to move starts at DSZALC.2L. DSZALC.3L and DSZALC.4L sit between those two. The coat guide is where that choice is locked.
Does the coat cover the hands?
No. It is a closed body coat. Aluminized gloves are a separate order, and this page does not specify the glove. An apron is a different garment, listed on its own pack at 600 °C to 800 °C. A fire proximity suit is the full ensemble when a coat is not enough.
Which Qatar page is the coat, and which are the blanket and the shop cloth?
Mesaieed is the body. Ras Laffan is a welding blanket for slag or spark. Al Wakrah is silicone cloth by the square metre for a shop curtain or cover. None of those is a DSZALC coat.
Where is the coat made?
At the Ahmedabad factory. Mesaieed has no Darshan Safety Zone shelf. Coats ship after the quotation names the layer. Duties and import taxes are the buyer’s. No arrival day is stated.
Do you claim a Mesaieed metals company as a customer?
No. Heavy-industry land, medium-industry land, the metals zone and steel fabrication describe where someone stands in radiant heat. The page does not say that QatarEnergy, Qatargas, Qatalum, or any other company buys the coat, and it does not claim a hazardous-area or civil-defence approval.
What is on a Mesaieed line?
One code from DSZALC.2L to DSZALC.5L, how many coats, and whether the stand is short and mobile or long. Gloves, an apron or a proximity suit are extra lines when the body coat is not the whole job.
Quote the Mesaieed layer, then the number of coats
Short and mobile, or a long stand. The band stays 700 °C to 900 °C. Ahmedabad makes the coat. No arrival day is stated for Mesaieed.
