DSZALC.2L through DSZALC.5L share one listed band, 700 °C to 900 °C. More layers add weight, not a higher temperature. The coat does not cover the hands. We make it in Ahmedabad and ship it on the order.

Every model is listed at 700 °C to 900 °C. Two layers suit a shorter task. Four and five layers are what a crew specifies when people stay in radiant heat longer. HSN is 70191900. No hazardous-area or civil-defence approval is listed.

What is listed on every coat
Free size, silver finish, aluminium coating, and 700 °C to 900 °C on all four. Wear the coated face outward. Check cuffs, hem and closure before the heat zone. Retire the coat if the aluminium face or a seam is cracked, peeled or worn through. Store it dry, hung or laid flat, and avoid a sharp fold that cracks the reflective face.

Mesaieed has no Darshan Safety Zone warehouse, branch or shelf, and we do not state a Qatar arrival day. International transit depends on freight and customs. The coat ships on the order.

What does the Signature Aluminium Coat cover on a Mesaieed metals job?
The body. Signature Aluminium Coat is the closed, full-coverage body layer: silver, aluminium coated, free size, models DSZALC.2L through DSZALC.5L. It is worn where radiant heat reaches the torso on metals work. It does not cover the hands, and it is not a full proximity suit.
What temperature is listed on the Mesaieed coat?
700 °C to 900 °C on every DSZALC model. There is no separate radiant-heat figure. DSZALC.2L, DSZALC.3L, DSZALC.4L and DSZALC.5L share that band. The choice between them is layers and weight, not a higher temperature.
How do we choose 2 layers or 5 layers for a metals crew?
More layers add insulation and weight. DSZALC.2L is about 5 kg and suits a shorter task where the wearer still needs to move. DSZALC.5L is about 8 kg for a longer stand in radiant heat, such as a furnace, ladle or pour floor on Mesaieed heavy-industry land. DSZALC.3L is about 6 kg and DSZALC.4L is about 7 kg. All four are free size and listed at 700 °C to 900 °C.
What size is the coat?
Free size on every model, cut to go over work clothing. Check the cuffs, the hem and the closure on the wearer before anyone enters the heat zone. A coat that gapes does not cover the body. We do not list other sizes.
Which way does the aluminium face go?
Outward. The coating is aluminium and the finish is silver on all four models. The coated face is worn outward so it reflects radiant heat. Worn inward, that face is against the body.
Does this coat replace aluminized gloves?
No. The coat is body PPE. Hands stay on a separate line. Match the coat with aluminized gloves when the site procedure requires them. This page does not specify the glove. An apron is also a separate piece, and the coat pack lists the apron at 600 °C to 800 °C, below this coat’s 700 °C to 900 °C.
When is the fire proximity suit the order instead of the coat?
When the task is sustained close work that needs the full ensemble. The coat is the closed body layer for metals duty where a coat, gloves and an apron are enough. It is not the proximity suit, and no EN, NFPA or civil-defence approval is listed on the DSZALC coat.
How is this different from a back-open coat?
This is the closed DSZALC coat, with wrap-around coverage, listed at 700 °C to 900 °C. The back-open coat leaves the back open for quicker on-and-off and ventilation, and is listed at 600 °C to 800 °C. Choose the closed coat when Mesaieed metals work needs full body coverage at the higher band.
Is there a warehouse in Qatar or a stated arrival day?
No. Darshan Safety Zone manufactures the coat in Ahmedabad and ships it on the order. There is no warehouse, branch or shelf in Mesaieed or elsewhere in Qatar, and we do not state a Qatar arrival day. Transit follows freight and customs.
