Who makes Signature products
Signature is the product brand of Darshan Safety Zone. The factory is in Ahmedabad. Malaysia orders are made there and shipped on the quotation.
One factory, in Ahmedabad
Signature products are made at our 58,500 sq. ft. factory in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with procurement, production, quality testing and packing under one roof.
ISO 9001:2015 quality system
Our quality system is ISO 9001:2015 certified. That certificate is for the company quality system. It is not a product approval for a named plant.
In business since 2012
Darshan Safety Zone started in 2012, opened its first manufacturing facility in 2017, and began exports in 2018.
Quoted, then shipped
Export orders are placed on a quotation. We manufacture to that order in Ahmedabad and ship it. We do not keep a shelf in the destination country.
How Malaysia orders are shipped
Malaysia orders leave our Ahmedabad factory after the quotation is accepted. There is no Darshan Safety Zone warehouse, branch or shelf in Malaysia. Freight and customs set the transit. Duties and import taxes are yours.

Which welding blanket does the Shah Alam guide start with?

Are heavy and medium-duty the same product?
No. Signature Welding Blanket is the DSZVCF family, seven models, stainless-steel reinforced on the roll formats, listed up to 1760 °C. Signature Medium Duty Welding Blanket is one model, DSZMDWB2.4, non-metallic, listed at 900 °C to 1000 °C. A shop that needs both writes two lines.
Do you claim a named company in Malaysia as a customer?
No. The Shah Alam, Penang and Johor Bahru guides describe the work common in those places. They do not say that a named company or plant buys Darshan Safety Zone products.
What should the quotation include?
The place and the model. For Shah Alam, add length and width in metres and whether the bay is slag or spark. For Penang, name DSZSFG0.6 and the kilograms. For Johor Bahru, name the DSZSFG thickness, single-side or both-side coating, colour, and length and width in metres. Quantities follow the production schedule on the quotation.
Are hazardous-area or civil-defence approvals listed?
