Darshan Safety Zone · Johor Bahru stock

Johor Bahru writes thickness, side and colour on each piece

Contractors and distributors here hold silicon fire blankets, sold per piece. A light Tampoi piece, a grey Tebrau build, a red floor piece and a Kempas piece left under grinding are different lines. The reference is 1 × 2 m. Ahmedabad makes the piece. Dispatch follows the quotation. Duties stay with the buyer. The stock after that is yours.

The silicon fire blanket

This card is DSZSFG, sold per piece. A Shah Alam welding blanket and a Penang tape roll are different products.

Piece stock, not a bench blanket

Shah Alam names a shop section and then a welding blanket. Penang counts one silicone tape in kilograms. Parks here describe which piece is held. They are not a claim that Petronas, or any other company, buys the stock.

Frequently asked questions

What does a Johor Bahru stock line contain?

One DSZSFG silicon fire blanket, sold per piece. The reference size is 1 × 2 m. Thickness, coating side and colour are three choices on that piece. Grey, red and black do not change the temperature rating.

Which parks stock the light pieces?

Tampoi 1 starts at DSZSFG0.4, 0.4 mm and 460 GSM, 550 °C to 900 °C, for pieces a crew moves often. Jalan Tampoi steps to DSZSFG0.5. Those are the light end of the range.

What is the piece distributors repeat?

DSZSFG1.0 at Tebrau 1: 1.0 mm, 970 GSM, 650 °C to 900 °C, the grey workshop build. Tebrau IV uses DSZSFG0.8 in red or black when the piece has to be seen on a busy floor. The coating is unchanged.

When is the piece both-side, and when is it left down?

Mount Austin starts at DSZSFG0.6, both sides, for pieces that can be turned. The product page lists that code at 0.6 mm and 530 GSM. Kempas Utama starts at DSZSFG2.0, 2.0 mm and 2200 GSM, for pieces left under heavy grinding. The top of the band stays 900 °C.

Shah Alam sells a welding blanket. Is this the same cloth?

No. Shah Alam is DSZVCF or DSZMDWB2.4 on a shop bench. Penang is silicone tape by the kilogram. Johor Bahru is a finished silicon fire-blanket piece for a contractor or a distributor to hold.

Where are the pieces made?

At the Ahmedabad factory. Johor Bahru has no Darshan Safety Zone shelf. A contractor’s store or a distributor’s stock is the buyer’s, after the quotation. Duties and import taxes are the buyer’s. No arrival day is stated.

Do you name a Johor park operator or a Malaysian company as the customer?

No. Tampoi, Tebrau, Mount Austin and Kempas Utama describe the stock. The page does not say that Petronas, or any other company, buys the pieces, and it does not claim a hazardous-area or civil-defence approval.

What is written on a Johor Bahru line?

The DSZSFG thickness, single side or both sides, grey or red or black, and how many pieces. Length and width stay in metres. Leave shop welding blankets and tape kilograms off this line.
