Can ceramic blankets replace welding blankets on caster maintenance?
For high-temperature layout cover near a furnace or caster line, yes. For sustained welding spatter under an active arc, specify welding blankets from the Welding Blanket category. Same temperature numbers on paper do not swap categories.
Is there DSZ stock in Visakhapatnam?

What should crews inspect before each use?
Check the white face and edges for burns, holes or pulled reinforcement wire. Retire blankets with compromised fibre or SS reinforcement — there is no fixed reuse cycle on the spec sheet.
