When should we step up to silicon or ceramic?
Plain DSZFG fits economical smother cover within each model’s band up to 900 °C. Choose silicon when coating helps handling or moisture. Ceramic is its own family — not the default for a Seethammadhara shop shelf.
Does this satisfy GVMC or Andhra Pradesh fire rules for our building?
No. Occupancy and building rules are separate from this SKU. DSZFG models do not show a fire-code mark on the live panel. Your society or shop adviser decides required equipment.
Is there DSZ stock in Visakhapatnam?

Will uncoated cloth itch when folded on a humid coastal day?
Uncoated E-glass can itch at edges — use gloves when folding. Store dry off the floor. If the piece is handled daily, compare silicon-coated blankets on their PDP before you standardise on plain cloth.
Can we reuse after smothering a small fire?
Only if inspection shows no holes or hardening. Replace when in doubt rather than keeping a doubtful piece on the hook.
