Signature Car Fire Blanket · Visakhapatnam
A car fire blanket for a Visakhapatnam home yard or basement
Order this blanket when a household or a housing society keeps a car in a yard, a basement or a ground-floor bay. Both models are grey, both-side silicon coated, and 8 × 6 metres. DSZCFB0.6 is the Standard piece, 0.6 mm and 520 GSM, listed at 650 °C to 900 °C. DSZCFB0.8P is the Premium piece, 0.8 mm and 550 GSM, listed at 1100 °C to 1800 °C. We make it in Ahmedabad and ship it to you.
Where a Visakhapatnam home keeps the blanket
MVP Colony, Madhurawada, Seethammadhara and China Waltair are residential colonies on the Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation park list. The car sits at the house or in the block's parking.
| Place | Setting | Parking job | Start with |
|---|---|---|---|
| MVP Colony | Wards 7 and 8 on the corporation colony-park list, with parks in several MVP sectors | A family car in a colony yard. Keep the 8 × 6 metre piece where that car sits. | DSZCFB0.6 |
| Madhurawada | Ward 5 on the same colony-park list | A town household with a small yard. One piece, Standard, unless you need the higher band. | DSZCFB0.6 |
| Seethammadhara | Wards 9, 10 and 11. The park list spells the colony Seetammadhara | Home parking beside the house. Measure the bay before the piece arrives. | DSZCFB0.6 |
| China Waltair | Ward 18, where the list includes apartment-owners' parks in the colony | Residential parking at the block, including a basement or a ground-floor bay. | DSZCFB0.8P when you want 1100 °C to 1800 °C |
Both listed models are 8 × 6 metres. An MVP Colony yard needs room to store that piece and room to pull it over the car. The size does not change between Standard and Premium.
Standard or Premium, same size
Choose the working temperature. The piece stays grey, silicon coated on both sides, and sold one at a time. The Premium coating line adds 100% itching-proof material.
| Model | What you order | Home use | Order |
|---|---|---|---|
| DSZCFB0.6 | Standard · 0.6 mm · 520 GSM · grey · both-side silicon coated · 8 × 6 metres · 650 °C to 900 °C | The home-yard piece. One car, one blanket. | |
| DSZCFB0.8P | Premium · 0.8 mm · 550 GSM · grey · both-side silicon coated, 100% itching-proof material · 8 × 6 metres · 1100 °C to 1800 °C | The same size, for the higher working temperature. |
DSZCFB0.6 is listed at 650 °C to 900 °C. DSZCFB0.8P is listed at 1100 °C to 1800 °C. A Madhurawada household picks that band. There is no second size to choose.
What arrives, and how you keep it
Both pieces list waterproof, weatherproof, chemical-proof, anti-static and reusable material. The 520 GSM and 550 GSM figures are fabric weights, not a parcel weight in kilograms. People who have practised the household plan deploy the blanket. After use, inspect it and put it back only when the material is intact.
A China Waltair order is still one piece. The GSM figure tells you the fabric weight. It does not tell you the kilograms on the courier label.
What to put on the quote
One quote covers the model, the number of pieces, and the parking place.

Questions before you order
Which blanket do I keep by the family car?
DSZCFB0.6, the Standard piece, if 650 °C to 900 °C covers the duty you have in mind. It is grey, 0.6 mm, 520 GSM, both-side silicon coated, and 8 × 6 metres. DSZCFB0.8P is the Premium piece: 0.8 mm, 550 GSM, listed at 1100 °C to 1800 °C, the same size and colour. Both are sold per piece.
Can I order a smaller blanket for a basement bay?
No. Both models list 8 × 6 metres. That size is fixed. There is no length-and-width box, and other sizes are not listed. Measure the bay before you order so you know the piece will lie over the car and still have room to be pulled out.
Does a higher temperature come with a heavier parcel?
The published weights are fabric weights: 520 GSM on the Standard piece and 550 GSM on the Premium piece. They are not a shipped-parcel weight in kilograms. The Premium piece is also 0.8 mm, and its coating line adds 100% itching-proof material. Both pieces list waterproof, weatherproof, chemical-proof, anti-static and reusable material.
Who pulls the blanket over the car?
People who have practised the household plan. Keep the piece where the car is parked, in the yard, the basement or the ground-floor bay. Follow that plan when you deploy it. After use, look the material over and put it back only if it is still intact.
Is this an EV battery certificate or a fire-code approval?
No. No battery certificate and no fire-code approval are listed on DSZCFB0.6 or DSZCFB0.8P. Darshan Safety Zone holds ISO 9001:2015 for the company quality system. That certificate is not a blanket approval.
What should an MVP Colony or Madhurawada order include?
Standard or Premium, how many pieces, and the place: MVP Colony, Madhurawada, Seethammadhara or China Waltair. Say it is a home yard, a basement or a ground-floor bay. One piece is one line.
Is this the same as a workshop fire blanket?
No. This is the vehicle blanket, 8 × 6 metres, sold per piece. A workshop hot-work blanket is a different product and a different size. Order DSZCFB0.6 or DSZCFB0.8P for the car.
Is there a counter in Visakhapatnam?
No. There is no Darshan Safety Zone branch or warehouse in MVP Colony, Madhurawada, Seethammadhara or China Waltair. We make the blanket in Ahmedabad and ship it to the address on the order. You can still order it.
How soon does a Visakhapatnam piece leave?
Processing is 1–2 business days after payment. The shipping policy lists courier estimates of 1–3 days local, 2–5 days within the state, and 3–7 days for the rest of India. Those are estimates. Visakhapatnam is in Andhra Pradesh, so it is not a Gujarat local delivery. The quotation confirms dispatch. It does not promise the day the blanket arrives. Need this urgently? Contact our sales team to discuss your requirement and available dispatch options.
How many times can we reuse it?
The specification lists reusable material. It does not list a number of uses. After a deployment, inspect the piece. Put it back in the bay only when the material is intact.
