How do coating side and thickness change the order?
Every DSZSFG model lists single side or both side. Thickness runs 0.3 mm, 0.4 mm, 0.5 mm, 0.6 mm, 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm and 3 mm. DSZSFG800 is 800 GSM and has no thickness on the listing. DSZSFG0.3 is listed at 550 °C to 800 °C. DSZSFG0.4 is 550 °C to 900 °C. From DSZSFG0.5 upward, including DSZSFG800, the listing is 650 °C to 900 °C.
Do we order metres or square metres?
Both, in this sense: enter length and width in metres on the product page. The cloth is sold by the square metre. Reference rolls are 1 × 50 m, except DSZSFG3.0 at 1 × 30 m. Those sizes are references. Name the model, because the page does not preselect DSZSFG0.6.
Why is the 3 mm cloth lighter than the 2.0 mm cloth?
That is how the listing prints it. DSZSFG2.0 is 2.0 mm and 2200 GSM. DSZSFG3.0 is 3 mm and 2000 GSM. Use the GSM and the thickness together. Do not assume a thicker cloth is the heavier one.
When is graphite cloth or uncoated fiberglass the other roll?
Graphite FG cloth is black and both-side graphite coated. DSZGF0.6 is 0.6 mm, 490 GSM, listed at 600 °C to 900 °C. Uncoated fiberglass cloth is white 100 percent E-glass. Is this the same as a silicon fire blanket with a DSZSFG code?
No. Signature Silicon Fire Blanket uses some of the same model codes, and it is sold per piece with a 1 × 2 m size. Signature Silicon FG Cloth is the roll cloth on this page, sold per square metre, with length and width in metres.
Are ADNOC, civil-defence or marine approvals listed?
No. Those approvals are not listed on DSZSFG cloth. Darshan Safety Zone holds ISO 9001:2015 for the company quality system. That is not a product approval for this cloth.
Is there a warehouse in the UAE or a stated arrival day?
We manufacture in Ahmedabad and ship on the order. There is no warehouse, branch or shelf in Sharjah or elsewhere in the UAE, and we do not state a UAE arrival day. Transit follows the freight and customs path confirmed on the quotation. The cloth is ordered that way.
