Why order non-metallic reinforcement near electrical panels?

DSZMDWB2.4 uses non-metallic fabric reinforcement — no stainless wire in the blanket face. Heavy DSZVCF rolls carry SS metallic reinforcement, which is the wrong choice when the cover drapes over cable trays, panels or machine tools still energized per your lockout procedure.

Is there DSZ stock on the Odhav estate or a walk-in counter in Ahmedabad?

No dealer shelf in the GIDC estates and no walk-in counter for blanket pickup. We manufacture in Ahmedabad and ship to the shop or stores address on the order. When does an Ahmedabad shop order leave the factory after payment?

Can we rely on 800 °C from older datasheets?

No. Live product data lists 900 °C to 1000 °C for DSZMDWB2.4. Do not copy stale 800 °C starts or fixed catalogue sizes — order your L×W on the PDP.

What should crews inspect before reuse?

Check the brown vermiculite face for burn-through, tears or loose reinforcement. Retire blankets with compromised coating or fabric — there is no fixed reuse cycle on the spec sheet.
