Signature High Silica Fabric
Signature High Silica Fabric is a premium high-temperature insulation fabric manufactured from inorganic fiberglass that is calcified to achieve over 96% SiO₂ content. It offers exceptional thermal stability, flame resistance, and durability, making it ideal for extreme-temperature protection, welding safety, furnace insulation, and industrial heat-shield applications.
Signature High Silica Fabric is engineered for environments requiring superior resistance to extreme heat and flame exposure. Produced through acid treatment and calcination, the fabric achieves a very high silica content (≈96%), resulting in increased density, higher softening temperature, and enhanced structural stability.
The fabric is woven in 8H & 12H satin weave, offering flexibility, smooth surface finish, and excellent drape characteristics while maintaining high tensile strength. It is 100% non-asbestos, itch-free, and chemically stable, ensuring safe and comfortable handling in industrial operations.
