Silicone roll, uncoated fiberglass, or ceramic fiber
DSZSFG0.6 is the only published silicone roll, and its band is 550 °C to 900 °C. Uncoated fiberglass shares that band and adds width and section choices, including a 7 MIL roll, DSZFTP7M50, at 50 mm by 50 m and 460 grams. Ceramic fiber tape is white, HSN 69039090, and listed at 1260 °C to 1760 °C, with 25, 38, 40, 50, 75 and 100 mm on the 3 mm section and 25, 38, 40, 50 and 100 mm on the 5 mm section. How is the quantity counted?
By the kilogram. The published DSZSFG0.6 roll is 25 mm by 20 m and weighs 1 kg. Other widths are not published for this model. Uncoated fiberglass tape and ceramic fiber tape are also sold by the kilogram, on their own product pages.
When is the uncoated fiberglass tape the right roll?
When the spec asks for fiberglass with no coating. DSZFTP3.25 is white, 25 × 3 mm, about 15 metres in a kilogram, a 30 metre coil, listed at 550 °C to 900 °C. Wider 3 mm and 5 mm builds, and the 7 MIL roll DSZFTP7M50, sit on that product page. None of them is the silicone roll.
When does the band have to start at 1260 °C?
That is ceramic fiber tape, not DSZSFG0.6. DSZCTP3.25 is white, 25 × 3 mm, about 25 metres in a kilogram, listed at 1260 °C to 1760 °C. The silicone roll stays at 550 °C to 900 °C. We do not print a band outside those listings.
Is a square-metre heat cover the same order?
No. This order is the narrow tape, sold by the kilogram, for wrap and seal on pipes, steam lines and flanges. A heat insulation cover is a different product. Name DSZSFG0.6 when the job is the 25 mm silicone roll.
Are hazardous-area or civil-defence approvals listed?
No. Neither approval is listed on these tapes. Darshan Safety Zone holds ISO 9001:2015 for the company quality system. That is not a product approval and it is not a hazardous-area rating.
Is there a warehouse in Saudi Arabia or a stated arrival day?
We manufacture in Ahmedabad and ship on the order. There is no warehouse, branch or shelf in Yanbu or elsewhere in Saudi Arabia, and we do not state a Saudi arrival day. Transit follows the freight and customs path confirmed on the quotation. The tape ships on that order.
