Signature Ceramic Fiber Fabric is the white DSZCF range, 1.5 mm to 6.0 mm. Most builds are SS metallic reinforced. DSZCF3.0NM is the non-metallic ceramic cloth at 3.0 mm. We make the cloth at our Ahmedabad factory and ship it on the order. Name the model, then enter length and width in metres.

Where the square metres sit on the refinery
Distillation, hydroprocessing, hydrogen and sulfur recovery, steam and the pipe rack, and fuel storage with the export island are the settings. A place name is the insulation scope. The cloth is ordered by area from Ahmedabad.

Metallic or non-metallic for a 3.0 mm wrap at Al-Zour?
DSZCF3.0 and DSZCF3.0NM are both 3.0 mm and 1000 GSM, white, listed at 1260 °C to 1760 °C. DSZCF3.0 is SS metallic reinforced. DSZCF3.0NM is non-metallic ceramic cloth. Name the specification the insulation scope calls for. DSZCF3.0P is the heavier 3.0 mm cloth at 1500 GSM, still SS metallic reinforced.
How does thickness change the listed temperature?
DSZCF1.5 and DSZCF2.0 are listed at 1000 °C to 1760 °C. From DSZCF3.0 upward, including DSZCF3.0P, DSZCF3.0NM, DSZCF4.0, DSZCF5.0 and DSZCF6.0, the listing is 1260 °C to 1760 °C. All eight are white. We do not print a temperature outside those bands.
How does an EPC order the area?
By the square metre. On the product page, enter length and width in metres and name the model. The page does not preselect DSZCF3.0. Reference rolls are 1 × 30 m, except DSZCF6.0 at 1 × 20 m. Those figures are references. The square metres on the quotation are the order.
Where does the graphite-coated cloth fit?
When both faces need graphite. DSZGCF3.0 is black, both-side graphite coated, 3.0 mm, 1000 GSM, listed at 1260 °C to 1760 °C, sold per square metre. It is a separate product page from the white DSZCF range. Inspect the graphite face before use and retire cloth that is cracked, delaminated or worn through.

Is a hazardous-area approval listed?
No hazardous-area approval is listed on the DSZCF fabrics or on DSZGCF3.0. The project specification and the site procedure decide where the cloth may go. Darshan Safety Zone holds ISO 9001:2015 for the company quality system. That is not a product approval for these fabrics.
Is there a warehouse in Kuwait or a stated arrival day?
We manufacture in Ahmedabad and ship on the order. There is no warehouse, branch or shelf at Al-Zour or elsewhere in Kuwait, and we do not state a Kuwait arrival day. Transit follows the freight and customs path confirmed on the quotation.
Who pays import duty?
Import duties and taxes are yours. We do not quote a landed cost here. Availability also depends on the product category and on the regulations that apply to the shipment.
What should project supply send?
The model, length and width in metres, the square metres, whether the build is SS metallic or non-metallic, and the area: distillation, hydroprocessing, hydrogen and sulfur recovery, steam and the pipe rack, or fuel storage and the export island. Add the metal temperature so it can be read against the printed band. Project quantities follow the production schedule on the quotation.
How is the cloth cut in, and what is checked first?
Cut and install to the project insulation procedure. Before it goes on a line, inspect the reinforcement on a DSZCF cloth. On DSZGCF3.0, inspect the graphite coating. Keep rolls dry. A damaged piece leaves the scope.
