You cut a pad, turn it over, and put it back on the bench. That cloth is DSZGCF3.0: black, graphite on both sides, 3.0 mm, ordered by the square metre. White ceramic cloth is the other order, for a furnace wrap that stays put. Send the length and width. We cut it at our Ahmedabad factory and ship it to the shop.

Plain ceramic fiber fabric is the white cloth, in more than one thickness, with no graphite face. Use it for a wrap that is fitted and left. The Howrah foundry page is that order.
These are small benches and garage workshops. A steel-plant heat pad is a different page. We do not keep a shelf in any of these places.

Read the temperature band in how to read a temperature rating. The fiberglass-versus-ceramic guide is the split below 1260 °C.

If the bench needs the cloth soon, write to our sales team. That note looks at dispatch for the order. It is not a same-day collection.
We make the cloth in Ahmedabad and dispatch the cut square metres to the Kolkata or Howrah address on the order. Processing is 1–2 business days after payment. The shipping policy lists courier estimates of 1–3 days local, 2–5 days within the state, and 3–7 days for the rest of India. Those are estimates. A West Bengal shop is not a Gujarat local delivery. The quotation confirms dispatch, and it does not promise the arrival day.
Graphite-coated cloth and plain ceramic cloth live in this category.
Ceramic is the base once the job is in the 1260 °C to 1760 °C band.
What the listed 1260 °C to 1760 °C band is asking you to match.
White ceramic cloth for furnace wraps that stay in place. A different page.
Processing after payment, and the India courier bands quoted as estimates.
If you pick the cloth up, turn it, cut it and put it back, order DSZGCF3.0. It is black, graphite on both sides, 3.0 mm and 1000 GSM, listed at 1260 °C to 1760 °C. Plain white ceramic cloth is the other product, for a wrap that stays on a furnace. That foundry page is separate.
No. 1 × 30 metres is the reference roll on the specification. On the product page you enter the length and width in metres, and we price the square metres. A garage bench that needs a pad of one or two square metres orders that area.
Either side. The coating is listed as both-side graphite coated, so the piece does not have a front and a back. That is why a shop that flips the cloth during the day can use this build. A cracked or worn-through face should come out of use.
No. The listed facts are the model DSZGCF3.0, black colour, both-side graphite coating, 3.0 mm, 1000 GSM, and a working temperature of 1260 °C to 1760 °C. Do not add a conductivity number that is not on the specification.
No. Graphite-coated fiberglass cloth is a fiberglass base, listed to 900 °C. This cloth is ceramic, listed at 1260 °C to 1760 °C. The word graphite is on both. The temperature of the job decides which base you order. The fiberglass-versus-ceramic guide sets that split out.
Flat or rolled, and dry. A hard crease can crack the graphite face, and the crack is where the coating starts to fail. A Howrah garage used as a one-person shop should keep the cloth off the floor and away from a fold over a stool or a tyre.
Yes. It is cut and fitted to the pad or cover you measured. Wear gloves when you cut ceramic cloth, and follow the way your shop already handles ceramic fibre. Measure length and width before you order so the square metres match the bench.
No. We weave and coat the cloth at our factory in Ahmedabad and ship the cut piece to the shop address. There is no branch or shelf in Bon Hooghly, Jagatballavpur, Bellilious Road or a Howrah garage. You can still order. Need it urgently? Contact our sales team to discuss your requirement and available dispatch options.
Processing is 1–2 business days after payment. The shipping policy then lists courier estimates of 1–3 days local, 2–5 days within the state, and 3–7 days for the rest of India. Those are estimates. Howrah and Kolkata are in West Bengal, so plan on the quotation, not on a Gujarat local run. The quotation confirms dispatch. It does not name the day the cloth arrives. Need this urgently? Contact our sales team to discuss your requirement and available dispatch options.
Measure the pad, the cover or the wrap you actually move, in metres of length and width. One line is one rectangle. A second pad is a second line. Jagatballavpur and Udaynarayanpur shops are small benches, so the order is the area of those pads, not a furnace lining.
Send the length, the width, and the shop address. We quote DSZGCF3.0 from Ahmedabad.
