Signature Aluminium Coat · Mumbai
An aluminium coat for the body in a Mumbai apartment or garage
Order this coat when a household or a small workshop needs an aluminium-coated garment for the body. Four models run from 2 layers to 5 layers. All are silver, free size, and listed at 700 °C to 900 °C. The lighter piece is about 5 kg. The heaviest is about 8 kg. The gloves are a separate product for the hands. We make the coat in Ahmedabad and ship it to you.
The gloves are the hands
Signature Aluminum Gloves cover the hands. This coat stays on the body. Glove measurements stay on the gloves page.
Where a Mumbai home orders the coat
Subhash Nagar, Vinoba Bhave Nagar, Kher Nagar and Navghar Road are Mumbai Board housing colonies. The order is one coat for the body.
| Place | Setting | Body job | Start with |
|---|---|---|---|
| Subhash Nagar, Chembur | A Mumbai Board colony on the MHADA eastern list | A household starts with the lighter coat. Two layers, about 5 kg, free size. | DSZALC.2L |
| Vinoba Bhave Nagar, Kurla | A Mumbai Board colony in Kurla on the same eastern list | A society basement where the wearer wants one more layer. The temperature stays 700 °C to 900 °C. | DSZALC.3L |
| Kher Nagar, Bandra East | A Mumbai Board colony on the western suburb list | A small garage. Check the cuffs, the hem and the closure when it arrives. | DSZALC.2L |
| Navghar Road, Mulund | A Mumbai Board colony in Mulund. The layout was approved on 25 June 2019 | A small workshop that can carry the heaviest coat, about 8 kg. | DSZALC.5L |
Every DSZALC coat is silver, free size, and listed at 700 °C to 900 °C. A Subhash Nagar household starts at 2 layers, about 5 kg. Adding layers adds weight. It does not change the listed temperature.
Four layer counts, one temperature
Choose how many layers you can wear. The temperature line stays 700 °C to 900 °C on each model.
| Model | What you order | Home use | Order |
|---|---|---|---|
| DSZALC.2L | 2 layers · about 5 kg · free size · silver · aluminium coating · 700 °C to 900 °C | The lighter start for a home or a small garage. | |
| DSZALC.3L | 3 layers · about 6 kg · free size · silver · aluminium coating · 700 °C to 900 °C | One layer more than DSZALC.2L. The listed temperature does not change. | |
| DSZALC.4L | 4 layers · about 7 kg · free size · silver · aluminium coating · 700 °C to 900 °C | The heavier middle build, still the same temperature band. | |
| DSZALC.5L | 5 layers · about 8 kg · free size · silver · aluminium coating · 700 °C to 900 °C | The heaviest listed coat. The band stays 700 °C to 900 °C. |
DSZALC.5L is about 8 kg and still listed at 700 °C to 900 °C. A Navghar Road workshop that wants five layers is choosing weight, not a higher band.
Check the cuffs, the hem and the coating
The coat is free size. When it arrives, look at the cuffs, the hem and the closure. Look at the aluminium coating and the seams. Retire the coat if the coating is cracked, peeled or worn through.
A Kher Nagar garage keeps the coat for the body. If the hands also need cover, that line is the aluminum gloves. Their size stays on the gloves page.
What to put on the quote
One quote covers the layer count, the number of pieces, and the colony.

Can I order a sized coat?
All four models are free size. Check the cuffs, the hem and the closure when the coat arrives. Extra sizes and extra model numbers are not listed.
