What is listed on the cloth
- White ceramic fiber cloth. Eight builds, from DSZCF1.5 to DSZCF6.0. Sold by the square metre.
- Most models are stainless reinforced. DSZCF3.0NM is the non-metallic cloth: 3.0 mm, 1000 GSM, no steel strands.
- DSZCF1.5 is 1.5 mm and 800 GSM. DSZCF2.0 is 2.0 mm and 950 GSM. Both list 1000 °C to 1760 °C.
- DSZCF3.0 is 3.0 mm and 1000 GSM. DSZCF3.0P is 3.0 mm and 1500 GSM. From 3.0 mm up, including the non-metallic cloth, the list is 1260 °C to 1760 °C.
- DSZCF4.0 is 4.0 mm and 1800 GSM. DSZCF5.0 is 5.0 mm and 2500 GSM. DSZCF6.0 is 6.0 mm and 3500 GSM. All three are stainless reinforced.
- A job between 1000 °C and 1260 °C takes 3.0 mm or thicker. The thinner list is not a reason to stay at 1.5 mm.
- Enter length and width in metres. Most models show 1 × 30 m as the reference roll. DSZCF6.0 shows 1 × 20 m. Neither is a minimum order.
- No asbestos. Reinforced cloth needs shears, not ordinary scissors. Keep rolls dry and off the floor.

- Steel or no steel
- Stainless reinforced if you pull and refit the cloth. DSZCF3.0NM if the weave cannot contain metal.
- The band
- 1000 °C to 1260 °C means 3.0 mm or thicker. Above that, the 3.0 mm list runs to 1760 °C. Below ceramic duty, this cloth is the wrong product.
- The place
- Gachibowli, Serilingampally, Chanda Nagar, Jubilee Hills or Yousufguda. An apartment or a small workshop, not a plant address we do not have.

Cut in Ahmedabad, shipped to the address
We make the cloth in Ahmedabad and send the cut square metres to the Hyderabad address on the order. Processing is 1–2 business days after payment. The shipping policy lists courier estimates of 1–3 days local, 2–5 days within the state, and 3–7 days for the rest of India. Those are estimates. Hyderabad is in Telangana, so it is not a Gujarat local delivery. The quotation confirms dispatch, and it does not promise the day the cloth arrives.

What do I order for a wrap or a barrier at home?
Square metres of white ceramic fiber cloth. A piece you pull tight and refit starts with DSZCF3.0: 3.0 mm, 1000 GSM, stainless reinforcement, listed at 1260 °C to 1760 °C. Enter the length and width in metres. The price is the square metres.
When should the cloth have no steel in it?
When metal in the weave is a problem. DSZCF3.0NM is the non-metallic cloth: same 3.0 mm and 1000 GSM as DSZCF3.0, listed at 1260 °C to 1760 °C, without the stainless strands. Use it near live electrical equipment, around induction heating, or where steel could mark or contaminate the surface. Every other model on this page is stainless reinforced.
Which thickness matches the temperature?
DSZCF1.5 and DSZCF2.0 list 1000 °C to 1760 °C. From DSZCF3.0 upward the list is 1260 °C to 1760 °C. If the job sits between 1000 °C and 1260 °C, order 3.0 mm or thicker. Do not assume the thinner cloth is enough just because its list starts at 1000 °C.
What is DSZCF3.0P?
The same 3.0 mm and the same 1260 °C to 1760 °C band as DSZCF3.0, at 1500 GSM instead of 1000 GSM. Choose it when a 3.0 mm cloth has worn through quickly and you want more mass without stepping to 4.0 mm.
Is the 1 × 30 metre roll the smallest order?
No. That figure is the reference roll on most models. DSZCF6.0 shows 1 × 20 m. You enter the length and width you need, and we cut that area. A Gachibowli barrier and a Chanda Nagar wrap are not required to take a full roll.
Is this the finished fire blanket?
No. The model codes look alike. This cloth is cut to the metres you enter and sold by the square metre. The ceramic fire blanket is a finished piece around 1 × 2 m, sold per piece. Order from the product that matches the job.
Does the cloth contain asbestos?
No. It is ceramic fibre. It is still a high-temperature mineral fibre. Cut it so dust stays down, and wear gloves. Reinforced cloth has steel strands, so ordinary scissors struggle. Use shears.
What wears out first?
The cloth usually wears through before the heat ends it. On a reinforced build, look for broken steel strands and fraying at the cut edge. Keep the roll dry and off the floor. Replace a piece that has worn through. Do not patch over it.
How long does a Hyderabad order take?
We make the cloth in Ahmedabad. Processing is one to two business days after payment, then a courier. The shipping policy estimates one to three days on a local run, two to five within the state, and three to seven for the rest of India. Can I collect it in Gachibowli or Jubilee Hills?
No. There is no Darshan Safety Zone shelf in Hyderabad. You still order the square metres. We cut them in Ahmedabad and ship them to the address on the order.
