The shipping policy lists courier estimates of 1–3 days local, 2–5 days within the state, and 3–7 days for the rest of India. Those are estimates. Hyderabad is in Telangana, so it is not a Gujarat local delivery. The quotation confirms dispatch, and it does not promise the day the coat arrives.

Does a heavier coat list a higher temperature?
No. Two, three, four and five layers all list 700 °C to 900 °C. The extra layers change the weight, not a second temperature. The listing does not add a separate radiant-heat figure.
Does the coat cover my hands?
No. This coat is the body. Signature Aluminum Gloves are the hands, on their own page. The coat is not a full outfit by itself. Add the gloves when the hands are part of the same job.
What does free size mean?
Free size is the listed cut on all four models. It is not a measurement you type, and it is not a made-to-measure programme. When the coat arrives, check the cuffs, the hem and the closure. The four layer counts are the choices.
What should a Tellapur or Secunderabad order include?

No. Those certificates are not listed on DSZALC.2L, DSZALC.3L, DSZALC.4L or DSZALC.5L. Darshan Safety Zone holds ISO 9001:2015 for the company quality system. That certificate is not a coat standard.
Is this coat a full fire suit?
No. It is one body garment, sold per piece. A suit is a different product. Order the layer count you will wear, and add the gloves only if the hands need them.
