DSZHIC covers the wider surface. Signature Insulation Tape DSZSFG0.6 is the 25 mm wrap for the narrow run beside it. The tape is silicone-coated fiberglass, gray, 0.6 mm, 25 mm by 20 m, 1 kg a roll, listed at 550 °C to 900 °C, and sold by the kilogram. That band belongs to the tape. The cover's temperature field stays empty.

Set DSZHIC on a clean, dry surface. Close the edges the way the site insulation procedure requires so heat does not leak at the joints.
Before the next outage
Look for tears, burn marks, worn edges or oil. Oil on a cover can smoke when the line heats. A damaged cover leaves service.
Between turnarounds
Store covers dry, away from oils and sharp edges, including between outages at Trombay and in a Taloja maintenance store.

Which cover belongs on a hot valve in the Mumbai chemical belt?

How do we state the area of a flange or an equipment shell?
Measure the surface the cover has to sit on and send that figure in square metres. The product page has no length box and no width box. A sketch of the flange does not turn this model into a made-to-fit jacket.
DSZHIC shows no temperature. What replaces it on the enquiry?
