2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We ship across India using trusted courier partners.
Typical delivery timelines:
Local/Within City: 1–3 business days
Within State: 2–5 business days
Rest of India: 3–7 business days
Delivery time may vary based on:
Product availability
Distance / remote locations
Courier partner delays
Festivals, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may apply based on product weight, size, and delivery location.
Any applicable delivery fee will be displayed during checkout before payment.
For heavy equipment or bulk orders, special logistics charges may apply, and customers will be informed before shipping.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
You can track your order on the courier company’s website using this tracking number.
5. Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver, they usually make 2–3 attempts.
If the package returns due to “customer unavailable” or “wrong address,” re-shipping charges may apply.
6. Damaged / Missing Products
If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing items:
Take clear photos/videos of the package and product.
Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Our team will investigate and provide a replacement or refund as per policy.
7. Bulk or Industrial Orders
For large orders, corporate orders, or industrial shipments:
Delivery timelines may differ depending on quantity and availability.
Our team will coordinate shipping arrangements directly.
8. Out-of-Delivery Areas
Some remote locations may not be serviceable by courier partners.
If so, we will contact you to:
Arrange an alternative address, or
Cancel the order and issue a refund.
