At Darshan Safety Zone, we are committed to providing high-quality fire safety products to our customers. This Cancellation & Refund Policy describes the conditions under which cancellations, returns, and refunds may be accepted.
1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
To cancel, please contact our support team with your order ID.
If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be initiated.
1.2 After Shipment
Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
You may still be eligible for a return under the “Returns & Refunds” section below.
2. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of fire-safety equipment, returns are limited to specific cases.
2.1 Eligible Reasons for Return
A return will be accepted only if:
The product delivered is damaged, defective, or not working.
The product delivered is different from what was ordered.
There are missing parts or accessories.
2.2 Conditions for Return
You must raise a return request within 96 hours of delivery.
Product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Proof (photos/video) of damage or defect must be provided before approval.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and compliance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Fire extinguishers after seal is broken or tampered
Safety alarms and detectors already installed
Fire-safety consumables opened/used
Customized or made-to-order items
4. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
Refund will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, Card, Netbanking, etc.).
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
